Bad Customer Service

<p>Paarl - 27 March 2017</p> <p> </p> <p>I was busy choosing shoes instore and overheard the cashier ladies make comments regarding a certain person. I was the only customer in the shop so I could hear almost everything and they did not try to keep their voices low. While deciding on which shoes to buy, I decided to ignore them because it simply isn't my business. When I got to the cashier, I could feel some tension from the ladies and the remarks they made was vague but in such a way that I knew they were reffering to me and what I bought. I felt very uncomfortable. To think that I am there to spend money but the bad attitude I get was making me question whether I will ever return to this particular shop. The persons in question have no right to play on peoples emothions.</p>
