BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

We bought a skirt in legit in church street in pretoria and did notlike the fit when i got home i then decided to return the skirt today 1st thing in the morning but the store did not have any cash when we walked put the security checked the skirt and took back the exchange but we dis not notice she did not put bck our alip back in the bag with skirt we only notice when we get to legit vereeniging inside Markpark. Puleng was not helpfulshe told us to go back to pretoria to get the slip she cant exchange the product even thou the skirt had a tag still intagged she was not helping all when i said why cant she call the store to check with the store so they hold the receipt or fax it she said she cant n we left the store she even Wasnt bothered she wabted to get back to doing her paper work for a big store like EDCON THEIR RETURN POLICY WITHOUT A SLIP IS PATHETIC IN THIS DAY N AGE I AM FUMMING AND DONT THINK I WILL SHOP THERE SHE SAID I CAN EVEN LOG A COMPLAIN EDCON WILK DEAL WITH HER DIRECTLY WOW WHAT A PATHETIC ATTITUDE AND SERVICE
