Bad Attitude from the manager

bought a pair of shoes at cresta mall and the heel broke and went to maponya mall to exchange the shoes. I got there and I realized that I left my receipt in the car and one of the sales ladies said to me they can't exchange the shoes without the receipt as the shoes were damaged. I went back to my car to get the receipt and when I got back I was told that I need to go back to cresta mall as they don't exchange damage good. I then asked to speak to a manage and then they called Lerato Toseka who was apparently on lunch and was extremely rude to me, taking to me with her mouth full of food. She refused to listen to what I had to say and told me that she's not gonna exchange the shoes and I needed to go back to where I bought the item. I asked her what was gonna happen if I bought the items in Durban and she said to me then she'll exchange them but in this case I didn't so she just left me standing there without saying anything after that. I called one of my friends who is the assistance to the CEO of Edcon and she gave me an email address of someone that would be able to help me with my complaint. thats when she asked one of the sales ladies to assist me with the exchange.
