Bad attitude

<p>I went into Legit Braamfontein yesterday 7 Febraury 2017 to pick a few things the consultant looked at me up and down when i got to the till and was not attending to me and busy with whatever she was doing. She then tells me that their system is offline and i should pay cash. I take out my debit card to make payment and she tells me that the system wont accept the card. I then arranged for her to set aside the things i wanted to get and promised i would leave work earlier and pop by and get the things. I get there heland she sees me outside the store and completely ignores till the friendly security lady offers to assist me. i get to her again she is busy and ignores me and i am attended to by her colleague. I ask that she sets aside the clothing and she agreed she would. Today i go to the strore again to make payment onto my account and informed by the lovely staff members i found that the branch no longer takes payments and refer me to Edgards active in Braam where again i found pleasurable, welcoming people. I then get back to the store for my purchase and Beauty Moloi has not set aside the items. The two ladies check set aside and stock room and nothing is there.</p> <p>I have worked in retail and never looked down on anyone. I gave the best and went all out (kindlyu confirm with Perk Nxumalo) till today i am in contact with some of my superiors, colleagues and ex clients. I will not accept myself or any other client to be treated this way. I tolerated the bad attidude and would have walked in there bought my things and left. Nothing was set aside. What a waste of energy and time. Beauty Moloi thank you for making me never to set foot in that shop.</p>
