bad attitde and refusing to exchange shoes

Hi,There was a sale at Legit Boulders about a week ago and bought a few items. The pink high heels that I bought had a white sticker inside because they were torn but i toook them because I liked them, the other pair of shoes which were palms were a but dirty but because i liked them and they were the only size left i took them. When I got home the high heels were too tight and the palms were loose and obviously for obvious reasons that people fit the shoes the whole time. I went back to the store on Friday the 7th of August to exchange the shoes. I got to the till and the cashier said that she won't be able to exchange because they are dirty,i told the lady that I bought the shoes in that condition but she didnt understand and gave me attitude. All the clothes that are on the floor which are on sale80% of them are either dirty or torn but she had the guts to tell me that the shoes were dirty.I asked to speak to the manager and she said the manager is off,how does a store operate without anyone in charge. She then called a \so called supervisor"with an even worse attitude"
