Bad and unprofessional assistants

Good Day I was at legit in Golden Walk germiston, I must say the service is poor and disgusting,firstly the shop assistants are eating and drinking tea on the shop floor, the lady who was in charge was buzy playing with a customers baby while the mother of the baby was sitting behind the tills and chatting with them, secondly I was returning a bag and they told me they don't refund and exchange bags because it's part of accessories, it's funny because when we buy the bags they never tell us about the policy, they just take our money, but at the end they finally refunded me. They need to stop running the store like a ****a shop.
