Appalling Service

It's so disappointing to come across someone who could not care less about a customer, their brand as an individual and that of the company. The lady who attended to me at Legit store at Clearwater mall was absolutely rude, not helpful at all...she lacks respect for your customers and not just that but for herself and that of the company

My ask was simple...for them to remove a security tag on my pants which was unintentionally left by the lady who assisted me at another Legit store...she basically told me that the company policy does not allow for such a basic ask and that I need to go back to the store I bought the pants from...she refused to hear me out after countless logical questions and uninterestingly told me to call head office and ask them myself as that was what they have been told and there was nothing else she could do for me...I asked for alternatives which she would not provide and continued to ask me to go back to the other mall where I made the purchase

I have wasted my time and money trying to get this issue fixed...I need Legit store management to tell me what they will do about this entire ordeal and more so about this Lerato lady who obviously could not care less about client experience, the values as well as the principles and fundamentals of servicing a client.
