Appalling customer service.

Today I bought a bra on sale for R70 and when I paid it was R79 so I said to the cashier Sino that I want it at the price that I saw of R70, she then called her manager(who refused to give me her name when I asked for it) I then asked the cashier for her name but she told to rather asked her. I was then given her name by the lady who stood by the door that her name is Khonoso. The manager said that the product went up by R9 so there's no difference and I told her that it's my money and she said that the customers of Alexandra are alwaya changing prices and I asked her what she was insiuating, I then told her that shw saw me by thebsale items of the bras and panties and as management and her staff they should jave priced the items. So there was back and forth of talking and she told me that sje won't give me the bra R70 because the system says R80 and she was very personal about her not giving me the bra for R70 stating that there was only this one and if there were 3 or more then they would give me R70. Sino then said that she will give me for R70. All this happened whilst other customera and staff and the line was long and they all had no name tags. I am dissappointed to say the least!
