*********** and Useless

I had a lay bye with Legit and when I went to collect it I was told that is has expired, however the items were still available. I asked to pay the remainder and was told to get an affidavit and ID copy and I asked why as that is not on the T&C's for lay bye and they claimed it is so when I visited the online T$C's it clearly states that you only bring these if you want a refund and that was not the case. I told them I don't want refund but want to pay for the remaining balance and get the items they said they cannot assist, I called customer care and spoke to Mericia who was just useless and her Manager Ashley Nadia who was *********** and not professional. My money is still with the store and no one is coming with a resolution
