Abused customer

On the 25th of April 2021 I went to legit, just when I entered the store, the guy who was searching bags called me, asking me about the price tag that was on the floor that I have nothing to do with. He said I dropped it. Where is the item that I have ******, I tried to explain that I've just intered the store I haven't touched anything, he was so aggressive he said I must open my bag I did open my bag he didn't find anything, and then He began to ask me that where is the price tag coming from? I asked him that how am I supposed to know he then clicked his tongue. I didn't get any apology after that by that time all the customers were sterind at me. I was so humiliated. My right as a consumer was violeted, I was accused of *****ing something that I don't know about. I really felt that the staff member was looking down on me. I am very hurt.
