A Legit Horror

Legit Retail Fourways mall.

I went to buy some clothing items at Legit in Fourways Mall. I picked my clothes and went to pay, upon paying I was told that the system is offline and that they cant print the slip, I was asked to pay again so that they can print my slip and give me my items. I was told that the first payment would be reversed within an hour. A week later and I am still fighting for my money. All my attempts to call have been in vain, I went to the store three times to claim my money back with no success. The lady who was helping me denied the entire thing even though her name is on the slip and my bank statement shows the double payment. Legit at Fourways is a *****, they are trying to rip me of my hard earned money. They are bringing the brand name into disrepute, I would urge everyone to not fall for their ******** traps. They have surely lost me as a customer.
