3 months waiting for refund

I bought dress end of April @canal walk Legit, made a return the following day for a refund. I used my Discovery bank card to make the payment so the lady told me she has to do refund on that card. Because it was failing she asked me to produce another card which was Capitec. I asked how long the money will take to get to my account she said "1 hour". After going around mall that day I decided to go home and wait. 3 business day passed. After full 2 weeks of waiting I decided to go to the store to tell them the money is not in my account. The lady who assisted me on that day checked on the refund book and could see the slip, showed he both by bank cards and said " we do have your number I will ask the manager to investigate and contact you if she needs anything". Another 2 weeks pass no call no nothing. Decided to go to the store again, they told me I must wait for the manager she's doing investigation. I waited good 2 hours cause I really wanted my money, manager came out of her office to tell me I need to provide ID copy and Discovery bank statement. Now my question was why wait 2 hours for you to tell me that? 2ndly why you never called me all this time to request the documents? 3. What is she going to do with Discovery bank statement? For the fact that I got the slip it shows I did purchase the item. I was so angry for my time wasted, wrote to Instagram about the issue, they tried their best went far as providing me with email to send the documents. I sent my bank statements for both Discovery and Capitec and my ID copy. Guess what Canal walk Legit manager did not even acknowledge that email to show it was received and what is the way forward. I am now here not knowing when will I ever receive my refund. On the 2nd August it's full 3 months waiting for refund from a rude manager that does not care about its people... I am emotionally drained and much dissapointed about Legit, that was my favorite shop before.
