Still waiting for parts bought 7months ago

Last year August I bought parts from them, after assurance that they will be the right parts, I went there to pay them and the parts were not there so they assured to deliver them to me and I will pay. It took them a few days before they could deliver and when they did the parts were wrong (All of them) I sent them back last last year and I am still waiting till today (7months later). I have been calling them day and night and all I receive is lies back. Sometimes the parts were in Makhado at the couriers, I asked for the tracking number but they never had all the time. 3 weeks ago they promised to refund me and we had that agreement, I gave them my banking details so that they can send my money back. They never did and when I called last week he tells me they found the parts and now they are sending the parts. When he told me he will refund me I made other plans so I don't want their parts again, their lies are too much. Please assist me to get my money and please do something about this company. They always lie to me and tell me they will get back to me but at the end they don't and I have to call them back always. I want my money back and will take my business elsewhere
