Order delivered in a plastic bag

Not sure why you are again replying 5 months later after the fact and still assume to know in what state my order was delivered in. In my mind you are the supplier and the online store that I dealt with so any packaging decisions fall squarely on your company and brand image.

I work with many online retailers and more solid packaging is used to safely secure the clients purchases so that they do not have to worry about their items being damaged or soiled. Couriers as much as we need them do not always handle packages with the finesse we all would dream of, so a packet, and especially for larger items, just doesn't cut it.

So just to make it clear, there is no misunderstanding here just facts.

I received a notice that it was a response on my review. I understand the confusion that could be happening.

To clarify, the actual whey protein I bought, did come in its original branded plastic tub. This is not where I had the issue.

The supplier/Legion Health sent/delivered my order in a tied plastic bag along with some other goodies and this was pretty smashed, hence my review.
