They actually deserve 5 stars,but recently I think the standard has dropped compared to the last time I have ordered with them,I recently placed an order for a protein bottle and paid online and it has still not been delivered and I am trying to contact them to ask when it is going to be delivered and there's no response

Please can you check, a reply was sent earlier this morning. We are currently battling with a backlog from suppliers. We try our best not to drop our standards but unfortunately we have, due to external factors. I can confirm that our order is on its way and should arrive tomorrow.
