In your website, it is stated that you deliver the next day (Gauteng areas) when an order was made before 3pm and yet you took 3 working days to deliver. This is the second time that you have delivered later that advertised. If your delivery time has increased, please state it on the website so that your customers will know ahead of time.

10 Nov 2020, 06:07Good day Mapule, Thank you for taking the time to review us. We do try but there's sometimes delays out of our control. The website does state that if the item is in stock. We have added a feature where the website shows stock levels but it does require some tweaking. We do apologise that delivery wasn't as quick as you expected but we are continuously working in improving.
