Disappointing service at Legends Restaurant Durban

I had purchased 2 Daddy’s deals coupons intending to redeem it on a day that I visited the adjacent spa with 3 other ladies. However Legends staff could not provide a meal on the day as they had electrical issues. This was on the 14th of March. I reside in kwa Dukuza and do not travel to Durban often. The voucher was due to expire on the 30th April. On Saturday 21st April I was in Durban for my daughters athletics event and decided to use voucher with my family. The staff informed us that we could only redeem the coupon on a weekday. We explained our predicament to the manager who took the matter up with the owner who was upstairs. The owner refused. We then asked to speak the owner so we could explain that we were refused a meal the day we intended using the coupon because of a problem on their side and also that we do not come Durban often so it would be difficult to use the voucher before it expired. We were informed that the owner was in a ‘meeting.’ ( at 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon) and would not see us.
