Unsatisfactory service at Legends barbershop Ballito

My Most disappointing experience ever, at Legends barbershop, Ballito. I am firstly told to put my details on a waiting list that was completely ignored for the few hours I was kept waiting, watching as they skip myself and others for reasons unknown. Only to have the barber cut my hair in a rush to go home and leave the standard of my haircut as poor as if I had paid R30 for it having paid R150. The biggest thing I didn't appreciate was the barber covering up the front of my hair with powder so I wouldn't notice anything and left the back poorly faded leaving me with a cut lower than the standard that, I paid for, and expect from any LEGENDS BARBER. LEGENDS franchises NEVER disappoint. I went back the next day to have it fixed and another barber cut my hair, the standards are poor, half of the staff seem ***********. Complete disregard for quality, and my time and money.
