Unprofessional service

Went to Legends Newtown on Friday tge 6th of November, asked if I can get my hair dyed grey on the tip, they agreed, paid R220 for blonde hair after spending 4hrs there. If they couldn't color my hair as I wanted i should've easily been told cause the service I got is utterly nonsense...
