Unprofessional and poor quality

I went there at 4 and only got assisted at 7 pm. The guy was impatient and unprofessional he couldn't understand what I wanted referred me to another person cause his time was money and his been on his feet since morning can't waste time with me not knowing what I want and being indecisive and they didn't have the blonde colour had to settle for black and now my old colour still shows underneath and on my forehead I also don't like the line on my head..I'm really not happy and disappointed and dissatisfied with their service 😥😥
