Unclean hair clippers used on customer, which resulted in me getting an infection

If they was a worse rating than 1 star I would definitely have picked the worser one. I got a haircut on the 15th of December 2022, the hair clippers that was used on me wasn’t clean, which resulted in me getting bumps/rash a day later or 2. I reported this via legends barber instagram page and email. I got a response on instagram in which they asked for my contact details they never called me back. We pay this crazy amount for a haircut cause we expect standard service and treatment. I’m angry at how the brand/company don’t take customer complaints seriously. It is disappointing.
