Service at Legend Barbershop

While they cut your hair beautifully, they don't understand or care about Time. They are supposed to open at 9am but 9am there's a long queue and store still closed. Minutes later they open and start cleaning, and only cash up yesterday's cash after 9 the following day. With my previous experience, they chat too much amongst themselves as staffers, take cellphone calls outside. I have never witnessed anything like this in many years. I don't think they have a manager in the store, if they do that manager doesn't care about customers time.
