Rudeness

I am so disgusted with the service offered at Lengends Barber dobsonville to be precise I'm referring to the receptionist who does not understand that she is the front of the business . 1.she is extremely rude. 2.today is the 24th of December the shop closes at 6pm and she cuts the queue at 15h00 saying they have to cut 157 people while inside they have eleven people in-store. 3.The first time I went to legends barber it was this month on the 16 and I was told they don't take people after 5 as the staff members stay far . 4.When I got to legends at 15h00 today she said to me it's full and we are no longer taking customers and if you insist that you want a hair cut you are more than welcome to spend the whole night here because we won't cut your hair .

Can legends barber get people who respect the customers that bring business to legends as the face of the business please!!!! We can not be paying a lot of money for a terrible service.

Lastly employ people who appreciate and enjoy the work that they are doing because with this type of behaviours of and also not respecting the working hours the business is definitely running at a loss because of people who don't want to work or lazy to work and don't appreciate the opportunity that is offered to them .

I am sure more than 10 clients were returned back while festive season is a good time for the business to make money because it's the busy time

Lastly please can someone explain to me what time does the barber close if people can return clients back at 15h00
