Robbing clients of loyalty points

I have been a loyal customer for more than +-4 years, getting a hair cut at a price of R300+ every Sunday. I'm disappointed at the rewards point system. After 4 years of complaining at the store and social media,I found out the they hay been deriving of my points. I've even tried to contact the founder Sheldon but still it seems all he was is my money more than focusing on real issues and customer service.
