Poor Customer service - LB Springs mall

Very bad attitude towards myself and my son today. My son and I we walked 17h20 and they closing at 18h00. All the stuff were sitting on chairs focusing on their phones. Poor receptionist tried to ask them to assist us and they were all uninterested saying it's knockoff time. My son always look forward to his haircut and makes me drive over 20km just so he can have his haircut. The guys at Legends Barbershop really portrait their worst attitude today. The door wasn't closed nor the sign was put up. We were literally the only customers in the shop and they weren't even interested in understand our need. Guys I think for the sake retention you need to improve your attitude. It was so horrible that we were even sent to the Salon downstairs next to checkers. Is our money so unacceptable that you can't even take 2 min. My son was only there for a trim.
