Poor Customer service

I just walked out of Legend Barbershop in Wonderpark.What a bad service,i got there at 17:10 and told them that i’m quickly rushing to Dischem,there was no queue at the time.The guy told me to make sure i come back before 18:00.By 17:23 i was back.No one attends us,there 2 guys who are busy with clients,the other one who’s by the door is on his phone.No one tells you what is happening,i had to ask them where is the guy i spoke to earlier on who said i must come before 18:00,they say he’s on lunch.I then asked them how many are they working and they say 3.I waited there with other people with no one saying anything to us.I had to be the one asking questions after 15min to know what is happening.I have decided to leave.Will go somewhere else.
