Pathetic Service.

WOW!! So I took my son for a hair cut and the Festival mall branch and couldn't believe how he looked afterwards!! His hair was uneven, he had patches were it was cut too deep while other parts were not cut at all. I send them a DM on their Instagram page with pictures and they promised to revert back to me with a solution. I had to make follow ups my self and the reply I got was that they are looking into it. I have been waiting on them to get back to me but it seems they are giving me the run around. Hair cutting is not for everyone, they messed up my son's hair which he has been trying to grow for the past 2 years. i even attempted to DM the owner but he just read my message and chose not to respond. Pathetic service and false advertising, will not recommend them to anyone.
