PATHETIC SERVICE AND UNPROFFESIONAL AND IMCOMPETENT STAFF

I am so irritated, ****ed and disappointed with my first visit at Legends in long street today. 1. The barber didn't ask me what I wanted. Just started cutting until I stopped him to tell him what I wanted. 2. I showed him a photo of myself with a specific haircut I wanted, he tried to convince me not to do it that way. He called his colleague to cut my hair partially as he was uncomfortable with cutting a high top fader 3. Faded my hair crucade as hell. I had to guide him by telling him what to do. 4. I was told by head office via call that a cut, wash and blow is R120. Got to the shop the barber said its R130. Got to the pay point, the cashier said it's R150. 😡😡😡😡😡 5. The wash was so unbearable, lasted 5 minutes, towel drying was done so wild and the basin hurt my neck. 6. I kept asking the barber if he is uncomfortable or scared to cut my hair, he said nope and went on to brag abt how he cuts celebs hair etc. Yet I got suck a ****ty cut. 7. He didn't take the hair off my face or neck and didn't have spirits to spray after my cut. Absolutely NOTHING put on my scalp as a protector!!!!! 8. The worst part is he started at 3:50pm with my hair and ended at 5:45. ***?!!!!! 9. Here's the ****ed up part, NO COVID SCREENING OR SANITIZING IS DONE upon arrival!!! ***??!! 10. Staff were more focused on talking **** to each other about booze, alcohol, gangsters, watching videos at reception while cutting clients hair, coloring the reception ladies hair while clients wait, walking up and down to change music that was blasting in my ear hence why I had to repeat myself countless times.
