Legendary Scars

My nephew went to Legends Barbershop Northgate on the 11th of August 2022 to get a haircut and trim, he came back with a sore hairline only to find out 3 days later that he had scars on the track where the trim was meant to be. I sent Legends Barbershop an email in which they responded by wanting my number, I emailed them back and it's been 13 days later no update or a reassuring call. I even tried calling them with no answer.
