Injury on my head from the machines used to cut my hair and Bad Haircut

I am very dishearted in supporting local businesses the customer care is horrible. Legends dont care about their customers unless they are celebrities. i have emailed them attaching pictures of the injuries on my head and the poorly done haircut. they responded a week after saying the manager from the Hatfield branch will call me but nothing to date. They lack professionalism honestly, all they do is update their instgram accounts with **** happy customers.. I AM ONE APPALLED CUSTOMER. PEOPLE BE CAREFUL PLEASE SAFE YOUR R 120 go to a decent barber.
