Horrible waiting time and disgruntled employee

First of all, waiting time is a bit of a hassle but it’s not that huge of deal breaker.

Today as customers we had to witness a disgruntled employee going around threatening his fellow colleagues and a customer, right in front of customers. He was going on a rampage and even went as far as to almost manhandled a female colleague.

This, in an establishment where there were kids around created a very unsafe environment for us as customers to feel comfortable enough to get our haircuts.

Management of this establishment need to do better with how the employees interact with each other and with how they treat customers.

Unpleasant experience.
