Horrible experience and poor customer service

I regret ever taking my son to this barber shop. My son went to do his hair cut at the Hatfield branch last week Monday. On Tuesday he had cuts on his forehead and all over the head. We bought him a cream at a pharmacy which did not work, we ended up taking him to the doctor as the cuts ended up looking like blisters with sticky water coming out of them. The doctor prescribed some cream for him to apply and it's now finished, we had to go back to the pharmacy to buy some more cream to treat the blisters. I have sent pictures of my son on their Instagram account showing them what he looks like, it's now been a week and there is no response what so over. What should have been a R240 haircut ended up costing us R760 more.
