Haircut mess up

Went the first time had my hair cut really nicely Second time, my hair cut was absolutely messy and untidy They didn't tell me they charge for lines, trimming and the store couldn't even trim my hair on top because apparently they don't use scissors I'm really upset with this, I cannot express it enough My hair is a mess and I paid so much hoping to get a decent hair cut I've never been more disappointed and I specified nicely how I wanted my hair cut, I showed them a picture as well but still it got messed up I was hoping to use legends barber as my new barber but I'm never going back again after this atrocity
