****ed off client

I went to Legends barber shop in Maponya mall to enquire about a certain haircut for my son as it was his graduation day soon. The lady at the reception told me the haircut will be R200. The day before his graduation, on the 3rd of Dec I sent my eldest son (14 yrs) to accompany the 6year old graduate to get his hair done. To my surprise, my eldest son communicated with me while at the salon to say that the haircut is R260 instead of the R200 I was told about. I sent the receptionist a voice note disputing the amount that they were now charging my son. When my son came back home I was so heartbroken. His hair looked like it was never done at all. The haircut looked so bad. They claimed to have put black dye on it but it didn't even show. Even the guys who cut hair by the street corners do a much better job. I was so disappointed to think that I paid so much money for such a disaster. I always see their haircuts so beautiful so I think the reason they did what they did was because I complained via voice note about their price increase and they also saw that the was no adult accompanying the kids, so they didn't give a **** and didn't give their full service to my son. On the 6th of Dec I communicated with them and told them that I was not happy with the service they provided. I sent the pictures of what they did on my son's hair. They responded and said they'll get back to me. After some time with no communication, I contacted them back and they asked for my numbers which I provided. They said they'll look into the matter and follow up. Then last week i communicated with them again, then the had the audacity to say that they tried calling me but my phone just rang. That was a lie. I then responded and told them that I was giving them till yesterday end of business to call me and sort this **** out. No one has contacted me. I won't let this go, Legends has ****ed me off and their lack of communication and empathy as a business is ****ed up.
