Disgusting Legends barbershop!

What a bad experience EVER!!! Went to Legends Secunda and I left devastated!!!! And after requesting to speak to the manager they say she is on leave . My son is eight and never have i ever experienced such rudeness and pettiness from this Brand . My son was wearing a kids limited edition addidas T-shirt and when they were done , it was ruined , he had the audacity to say he will buy it or instead not pay for dye since it’s the one that ruined it . They were so rude clearly not taught to even manage customers when they’re not happy. How rude can they ever be . I am not happy and so hurt that such a trusted brand is disrespected by people who are chasing loyal customers away . Do they even understand the brand . Such disgusting service . I don’t even want to mention the hygiene. No towel was dry nor clean , it had bleach stains . And he wanted to use the same wet towel that was used on someone else . What is this ?? In the South Africa we live in . I tried even explaining how I want the cut done and wow! This guy kept say I’m a barber I know . Legends secunda mall is the worst !!!!!!!!!!
