Disappointed with Legends Barbershop (Greenstone)

I decided to go to the closet Legends Barbershop to me, Greenstone branch this morning.

Walked in around 11:15am, left just after 1pm. I follow the CEO/Founder on LinkedIn and have been excited to see what all the hype is about. Upon walking in there was no one at the front desk, eventually one of the two barbers on duty came to me and said take a seat, after sanitizing. No word on how long it would take already was a red flag.

After waiting for what seemed like forever, also enduring lunch discussions between the two barbers and the front desk lady that returned, it was my turn to be seen to.

The barber, who's name I didn't get or ask, asked me what I'd like. I explained in detail what I'd like, short sides, faded in. On the top I asked for just a bit off, and for a shave and line up.

The side and back are not bad, but its not high enough like I asked. The top, more than a little was taken off especially at the front, and the top was trimmed with a scissor, the barber didn't think to spray(with water) my hair before cutting. As for my beard, I got a machine line up, no shave.

I was not going to ask for the full shave as I was already passed tired of waiting as well as seeing the barber did not listen to what I asked.

All in all, from the time I waited 11:15am - 12:25pm, my actual haircut and shave (which i never got, just a beard lineup) from 12:25 - 1pm was a total waste of my time, one thing for sure, I won't be going back to any Legends Barber Shop.
