Day light *******

What a pathetic experience I received, I went for a hair cut and dye, I was asked to sit sit with a burning bleach so that it can come out perfectly , I sat there for almost 45min with a burning scalp and another hour+ with the actual color and the color did not come out at all and I had to pay R385 for a color that did not even come out . Pathetic service I received and I was referred to by a friend . I spend 4 hours and pain as well as full amount of unfinished product !!
