Customer complain

I was at legends barber wonderpark mall today I was so disappointed and I’ll treat by the barber who work under influence of week after I’ve shown the hair cut was looking for he cut me the opposite without any remorse he said will asked his manager Innocent which he never came with amicable solution but insisted that will pay even it wasn’t the cut was looking for the guys I’ll treated me if you want a bad service and being service by people who are proud being **** smoker go to wonderpark legends they don’t care with customer service even their head office number to launch complain is not working I’ve paid R250 for the cut that spoiled my day and weekend
