Cosmo City Legends Barbershop Horrible Experience

On February 17, 2023, my woman visited Legends Barbershop in Cosmo City to do my hair. Reception on arrival was good and I was attended. The hairstylist who attended her on the day accidentally dropped her iPhone that was on the workstation and it landed on the floor. He apologized but her phone got damaged and the manager promised to assist her fix the iPhone.

He requested that she gets a repair quotation, which we did and forwarded to him. After he received the quotation, his tone began changing towards her. He barely responds to messages, and when he does he is too vague.

At one stage he suggested he knows someone who can fix it for a lesser price but when she asked if the person is a qualified iPhone technician he again began mumbling.

It's almost a month now, there's still no solution on this matter.
