Complaint about the cut , i need refund

I am so un impressed by the service and the cut too its so bad i cant even show my had , worst part is i have already paid .. Got cut by a lady who had an attitude at randburg square legends barber shop , i just cannot show my head its so bad eyy and i dont know how to ask for refund . I need assistance
