Bleach cut

I went to cut and bleach at vincent legends last week I had a bad experience the colour didn't turn out the way I wanted. I spoke with the lady at the reception. Sh told me to come back after a few days. She did the exact color I wanted she was even taking me through the process as she was doing it. She gave me great service.
