Bad customer service

The worst experience. I was turned back after i arrived 45 minutes before the closing time that's on their page. They told me they are closed and there's nothing they can do about it. T probably would have been better if the person was nice and humble. I'm even more mad cause of the amount of money wasted on petrol to go there.
