Zero star is an understatement!!! Pathetic experience!

TLB in wonderpark mall, is the most pathetic service I have ever received my entire life. The stuff does not know customer service not to mention a mere respect for the sake of their bills.

The wait is horrible, I literally placed my appointment around 9:15 but my son was only attended to around 3 pm by someone who had zero interest on what he was doing not to mention his stinking attitude. His name is Jabu and I am 100% sure that i cannot be the only one who has experienced his pathetic service and the most stinkiest attitude he gives to people that feed him. A whole barber that has got the nerve to say my son "wamo lapisa" because he can't seat still and he wants to knock off to a poor 2 year old??

I will never waste my hard earned cash on such unprofessional and disrespectful so called barbers ever!!

I even hate the sight of that shop! I will never ever put myself in such a horrible situation ever!!
