Unfair Treatment

I am a loyal customer and only get my haircut there, but today I am beyond flabbergasted by the customer service. We have literally waited for 3 hours without any queue. I registered my name as usual, but to my surprise I one customer who clearly did not register but the able to cut a queue just because they wore flashy shirts and could talk to any barber including the receptionist. I saw a guy wearing a flashy shirt paying the receptionist and a barber called Thabo so he can cut the queue. That is really unfair. I always thought that service was done on a first come first serve basis, but today clearly it was not. The Hatfield branch has purely lost the basic customer care ethics. I have always waited for turn of being served without any complaints, but to have exclusive customers who do not queue and can just jump the queue is totally unprofessional, disrespectful and disgusting. They have waisted my time if I they told me earlier that they don't want to cut my they should've said so, I wouldve drove to the next branch. Clearly the staff at Hatfield don't want to work.
