The Legends Barber downgrading service and standards.

Service at Legends Barber Long Street Cape Town is down grading everytime I come here. Today I brought my son for dye and cut. The guy doing the dye looked like he's not sure of what he was doing and others told him what to do. My son was full of dye all over and I had to clean the dye muself. When he was removing the cream my son's back was wet. When they cut all stations don't have all necessary required hair clippers, they borrow from each other. They have a generator but we had to wait for diesel during load shedding. Why they don't have generator diesel ready for load shedding purposes. This all boils down to poor business management and service. Whats happening here?
