Terrible service

I came to the Dobsonville Branch at 17h20 and i was not attended to the lady at the receptionist kept making persona calls and the guy called "Mapende" said they are closed. But the store only closes at 18h00 i mean i could have went to Maponya if i knew the treatment i wad going to get.

I am so disappointed i have been a big fan of the business but the treatment I've received from the Dobsonville Branch let me down. So unprofessional.

Even now if i could send an audio so you could hear the persona calls she is at. New people jusr walked in and she is still on the phone keeping them to wait for her. Please check your cameras. The time she took just to attend walk-in. I am so disappointed by her disrespect and lack of professionalism
