Poor service and lack of professionalism

I'm greatly disappointed in the service I received I received at your Westgate mall branch on the 31st August 2021, first and foremost I waited close to an hour, and in that time I witnessed 2 barbers walking in and out of ur store room/staff room, post that I get called by one of the guys, mid cut, he stops and goes back to the previous lady to wash her hair then cut her hair, All this while I'm just still on my chair by the window with half cut hair, please assist in providing more barbers or informing the current ones about customer service and efficiency. Wanted to cut, dye and add some lines, only opted for a cut, didn't even want him to do my spit ends, then they charge me full price and don't even apologize for the inconvenience caused. Bad service indeed,
