Poor customer service

Can the Management of The Legendary Barbershop in Bedworth Centre, Vanderbijlpark change the system they use there, It really makes the service very poor and frustrating. Clients come fill in their names on the book then leave, even if they come after 4 hours they are given 1st preference. You won't be called while you sat there the whole day.

I was there 24th December 2020 and 2019 same date still the same system, which isn't working for clients.

Can the staff stop the tendencies of calling and jumping the queue for their friends, Please

It really doesn't make sense to arrive at 9am at a Salon and get service at 16:00, even if you are number 40. With 10 Barbers to cut the hair.

In May this year I did visit the Legendary Barber in Newtown, outstanding service, no queue favors from staff. Maybe the Bedworth center can take notes please.

I really hope there can be a branch in Vaal Mall maybe we can get the service we paying for.
