Pathetic service

I went to the legendary at Southgate to cut my hair on Thursday around 17:50 (03/11/22) and they told me it's late i better come on Friday as they close at 19:00 Indeed today i went and arrived at 17:50 as i told the manager the previous day. Fine i stood on the que for about 10mins. Then I told her i would sit outside on the bench as i was tired of standing. She told me to sit on the couch on the other side as there is a space. I sat there and waited. After 45mins other barbers were done cutting the hair for other customers and i saw them taking their bags leaving. Around 19:00 she also took her bag and left. There was now 3 barbers and 1 customer that was infront of me whom they were cutting his hair. At 20:00 he was done. And the barbers asked me if I am waiting for someone and i told them no i am waiting to cut my hair. They told me no one told them that i am also on the que. I asked if they could give me the number of the manager (Shereen) which they did. I called her and she told me that she told 2 guys(Thabo & someone) that whoever finish first must cut my hair. Imagine sitting for 2hrs and told they are sorry i should come the following day. What a pathetic service is this? I was really disgusted because I could have gone to Maponya or any barber shop for heaven sake.
