Misleading operating hours

So i went to legendary barber at Hatfield today on line they say they close at 18:00 i got there by 17:20 them boom the doors are still open but apparently the book is closed, so my question is that why is not the closing time for the book not soecified on the net also, i travelled to Hatfield just to do my hair then to be turned back and im told to come back tje next day. I just found it so unprofessional if the book is closed earlier than the shop i mean what does that mean, rathet be specific if your store closes at 17:00 then let it be and stop misleading us please
